RETURN EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Abayahouse.in reserves the only right to simply accept or deny refunds and can act reasonably within the common interest of both parties involved. Purchases are only retractable in exceptional circumstances, like when the Abayahouse .in materially changes the item’s description after a sale has been made, a transparent misprint is formed, or there is an Abayahouse.in defaults in any way with the merchandise listed or within the delivery of an equivalent. Just in case of returns without delivery of product refund can’t be processed.
RETURN POLICY
We have a customer friendly return policy. You will need to just write us on Abayahouse.in@gmail.com within 24 hrs from time of delivery & return steps will give from our customer support executive.
- Provide us with the tracking details of the merchandise. Without this package could stray and replacement could be cancelled.
- Mention the corporate name Abayahouse.in and Order Number (starting with B) on the return package.7 days from date of delivery will be the last date of return shipping. We will not be ready to accept returns if dispatched after 7 days from delivery date.
EXCHANGE POLICY
For the method of return or exchange, the Product should be unused and within the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging alongside original tags. The exchange is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER? (CANCELLATION POLICY)
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations are going to be processed after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it’ll take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy you’ll be notified of an equivalent.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Customer not available at the time of delivery
If the courier company has made 3 attempts to deliver your package and you weren’t available to accept/receive the package then the courier company will abandon or destroy the shipment at their destination. However, we recommend you to contact the local courier office alongside your tracking number for an alternate delivery instruction. Please remember that when the courier company destroys or abandons your shipment, we’ll not be liable for not fulfilling the order.
If you would like to avail refund in such a case, we’ll refund only after we receive the returned shipment package and subsequently a deduction of two way return shipping charges are going to be applied.
